Hello all,

Having upgraded to an HTC Touch HD WM6.1 phone (loving its 800x480 3.8" touchscreen and WM6.1's customisability so much), I am finding the earhones that came with it to be lacklustre as you typically expect from boxed standard earphones.

My last earphones, my V-Moda Vibes were fantastic (and expensive) but are long since dead.

The idea for Bluetooth Headphones came from the fact that I am looking to purchase some replacement phones for my mobile phone and I thought that a pair of phones would come in handy for the house. I sit a few metres away from my PC/TV (47" HDTV) so I thought "Bluetooth... plug into my receiver... wireless goodness".

I have very little idea on where to start to be fair so I'll try to outline as much as I can.

Cans are out of the question as they are too big/heavy and wouldnt look good outside. I am fine with small cans or in-ear phones (silicon plug type) but dislike the small foam ones that sit just outside the earhole.

Function - They'd be hooked up to my phone (BT v2.0 with A2DP) when outside, no microphone required as I have my own Jawbone 2 for calls. I would love to be able to hook the phones up to my Onkyo HT-R518 Receiver to enable wireless TV/Radio/PC listening but I could just as easily hook it directly to the PC via. an existing Bluetooth Dongle (BT V2.0+EDR with A2DP).

Budget - I can stretch to an absolute maximum of $75. I am not expecting miracles at such a budget but if I am to go for something, this is the maximum I can afford.

I am not sure how this all pans out or works so hopefully some of you can give me some guidance. I am complete newbie when it comes to audio and the like, confuses the heck out of me.

edit: just realized that you are in U. K., so Monoprice product probably isn't available to you. :(

I am looking at Bluetooth Headphones, a stereo set for music listening when mobile and PC/TV listening when I get home.

I already have a Jawbone 2 for phonecalls.
