bluetooth header on msi boards

on all recent msi mobos, there has been a bluetooth header that you can plug their optional bluetooth module into. if you look in the manual, it says that while using the bluetooth module, 1 of the usb ports is disabled because it "shares the usb bus". how does that work?!?
