Question Bluetooth (Earbuds) Not Working After Going Out of Range?

So, my earbuds have been working fine, but then I went to the bathroom and went out of range of my laptop (using Windows 10). The earbuds disconnected, but then ever since, my bluetooth doesn't seem to be working on my laptop.

I tried disabling and re-enabling the hardware. Nothing. I tried rolling back the driver. Nothing. I tried to update the driver. After rolling back, it said it updated, but still nothing.

The device manager says my bluetooth is supposedly working correctly on my laptop, but as soon as I try to connect a new device (to try to re-connect my earbuds), it immediately gives me a notification that it can't connect. It doesn't even try to.

In the "bluetooth and other devices" section of settings, I can't even choose connect or remove device for my earbuds. They're greyed out.

I went into the notifications tab (bottom right of the screen that looks like a chat box), and tried to make sure my bluetooth is enabled. It's not even showing up in there, even though online, that's one of the troubleshooting suggestions it gave.

I have no idea what else to try here? It's so weird that it was working fine, I go out of range with my earbuds, and now, the device manager claims my bluetooth device is working fine, but it won't do anything at all, and doesn't even seem to be showing up in Windows. I'm open to any suggestions any of you would have to try to fix this?

To add, after having the device manager open for a bit, it gives me this notification that bluetooth has been stopped because it "reported problems." And this all started simply from me walking away from the laptop with my earbuds turned on and going out of range

I tried uninstalling it again, restarting the pc, reinstalling again, then restarting again. It doesn't help. Nothing seems to be helping

Dig out the instructions for the earbuds and find how to pair them with your computer when you first got them. Re-do the pairing.
I appreciate it, but I forgot to mention in my OP, I actually have multiple earbuds. None of them were working. But like I said, the pairing wasn't even function on the laptop, so there was absolutely no way to connect any bluetooth devices.

Oddly enough, there was a "cumulative update" for my PC when I started it up today. Restarted, tried the earbuds just for the heck of it, and now they work fine again. So weird, as I tried to update the bluetooth device for my laptop multiple times, it was saying it was already up to date. I don't know, but at least it's working now.
