Bluetooth Driver Problem

Everytime I reboot or startup the PC for the first time my Bluetooth Keyboard and Mouse do not work. I get this error from the device manager..

Windows cannot load the device driver for this hardware because a previous instance of the device driver is still in memory. (Code 38)

If I unplug the bluetooth device (USB) and replace it, the keyboard and mouse work fine.

I understand the error message but noticed that the drivers when they are installed refer to "Bluetooth Driver #3". This indicates to me that for some reason another version of the driver exists. How do I get rid of all 3 drivers so that I can start again. If I just uninstall the driver, #3 gets reinstalled.

Any ideas? 😉
