Bluetooth conflicts with WiFi?

Everytime I format my notebook, then install the Bluetooth Drivers, upon restart, I get the following warning message:

So what I did was, I disabled my Bluetooth Adapter completely from the Device Manager. But I'm thinking, what gives? Shouldn't Laptops be able to use both Bluetooth AND WiFi?

Notebooks specs are in my sig.

Yes you can, but but i guess the needed to put that there as a general warning / a legal loophool.

it could be in some off chance where you have low/ wifi strength, ie near end of range and using bluetooth it could interfere expecially if wifi is b/g/n 2.4 as its the same frequency

no different than running 2.4g phones and other normal stuff that affects wifi
