Bluetooth Cellphones... any recommendations?

I commute daily for about 65-75 minutes each way and I'd like the luxury of having a bluetooth headset in my car. My car is manual transmission so I don't like using my cell phone while shifting gears. Any recommendations? It has to be available from AT&T, Sprint, Tmobile or Verizon Wireless.

I have a recommendation: DON'T get the Sony T610. It's bluetooth, but it's crap.

I really like my Nokia 3650. It's large, but it's almost like a PDA/cell phone and has removable MMC memory. Take decent pics for a phone cam too, and the screen is HUGE.

I have the V505 too, its got BT. I havent used it with the BT headset, but it shuold work good.

Lots of new phones are coming out. I know cingular has some good ones coming, so I'm guessing AT&T will. The motorola V600 isn't bad either though. Hopefully I can get
