Bluetooth Car Stereo?

is there anything like this? i know some of the newer cars from some companies have bluetooth support, but what about for other cars? i think it would be cool... the volume could go down when you're making a call, it could show you the text on the lcd...

I dunno. I've seen the ones that come from the factory with support, but haven't seen aftermarket units.
