/hope this is the right forum

Anyway I've recently been using bluetooth between cell phones sending pics (1MB) from one to another via bluetooth and it is slow. Now I'm planning on getting a pocket pc later this summer w/bluetooth so i can use my edge/gprs enabled phone to acts a modem.

My question, what type of speeds could I expect on internet through the pocketpc?

Good enough for basic web browsing I think. Especially if you'll be on dial up (which I assume you are if you're using the phone as a modem).

Nah the phone would use highspeed GPRS which is pointless b/c of the slow bluetooth...

eh, 2 MB is pretty fast, unless you are doing insane things with your connection. Don't download the entire pr0n site to your pocketPC and you will be fine :p
