Bluetooth and Samsung Wafer

I just got my Samsung Wafer and I have a bluetooth key that came with a Logitech mouse. My phone can see my computer but I can't seem to connect. Samsung says the default code is "0000" but it doesn't work. Is there any thing I need to do on my computer to allow bluetooth connections? I don't have any software for the little bluetooth key.
