bluescreen when resuming from standby

normally i don't put my computer to standby. i tried s3 standby today and when i resume the computer it gave me a blue screen. i have not added any new hardware or software lately. here is the blue screen that i got Text
 
Good question, there's usually a .sys file referenced on the STOP screen. Maybe there's something in the eventlog.
 
i have an enermax liberty 500watt powersupply. i have run memtest for about only one pass because i still needed to use the computer but the one pass didn't generate any erorrs. standby function does work fine in vista so i don't think its a software problem
