Bluescreen in win 7 after resume from sleep

I built a new system with an i5-4570k cpu on the MSI Z86GD45 board, did a fresh install of windows, and a fresh build on my software raid array (Intel built in RAID software). However for some reason on this system when I resume from sleep it will regularly bluescreen, go through a few boot cycles, then finally after maybe 5 cycles it will finally restore the data and actually resume. It's rather annoying and in trying to troubleshoot I've been looking for minidump files but there are none. Anybody have any ideas on how to figure this out and fix it?

Click Start, type Advanced in the search box, click View advanced system settings. Under Startup and Recovery, click Settings. Under System Failure check Write an event to to the system log, uncheck Automatically restart, select Small memory dump (%SystemRoot%\Minidump), click OK. Now you can look at the error message on the bluescreen, Event viewer will have messages, and you should have a minidump. RAID shouldn't have any effect as Windows doesn't care whether it's booting a simple, dynamic, or RAID volume.

I ran memtest and no errors in the RAM.

I also changed the minidump file and am now getting windows BSOD's that just stay on the screen saying it failed to write the minidump file.
