Bluelight connecting at a SLOW 7.2bps

Why is it connecting so slow? I know it can connect faster because I have seen it connect faster. The line is on a splitter as well. What can be the problem?

7.2bps. Thats pretty slow. thats less then 1Byte per second. How did you even load anandtech?

K-Mart came out of bankruptcy a couple of weeks back, but downgrading bluelight is probably part of the restructuring.
