Sometimes when I close a window (Especially if it uses JAVA) I get the following error

PAGE_FAULT caused by ATI3D2AG.DLL

I have tried down loading the newest catalyst drivers to no avail.

Any Ideas on what might cause this?

It doesn't seem to happen during gaming but when I close Explorer windows.
