Blue-screening randomly

Hi all.

Over the past week my system has randomly crashed to a BSOD with "0x0000008e". The Microsoft Support site says this is most likely due to RAM. However, I've ran many passes of MS's own Memtest program and memtest86 a few times and they find nothing wrong. Is the RAM still faulty even if this is the case? I am running a single stick of Crucial 512MB DDR400 (full specs at the bottom). Should I try swapping the slot?

I have a few minidump files and if anyone understands/knows how to open them, I'll send them or paste them up here.

The annoying thing is that it always comes out of the blue (screen :p) and I can't reproduce the problem.

Everything running at stock speeds:
Athlon64 3200 skt939
ABit KN8 Ultra nForce4
1 stick of Crucial 512MB DDR400 (hopefully this is duff because it has a lifetime guarantee)
80GB Seagate SATA SMART Status: Healthy
Sapphire X800GTO² 256MB (Dual DVI version with R420, not the R450 one)
Windows XP Home Edition Service Pack 2 (build 2600)
AVG Free, Spybot S&D and Ad-aware have found nothing

Any help is greatly appreciated :).

I don't have any other sticks to try atm. I'll probably be getting some more RAM in the next week or so; seeing as I've started playing BF2.

I've got a few sticks of PC100 upstairs collecting dust

Does anyone know anyhting about readin mindump.dmp files? Googling isn't particularly helpful.
