blue screen

shuttle an35n, 120G maxtor hdd, 2X512 geil pc3200, albatron geforce 4 ti 4600, barton mobile 2600

i get blue screened on boot up....its so quick that i cant read it or way to quick i never actually see it.
i have low leveled, reinstalled, reset bios and still blue screen
i have ran memt86 and get errors on test 6
i have been booting up in safe mode to collect the files outta of the minidump folder but can not decifer them.....need help plz

I'd bet you there's the problem. Typically a BSOD on boot is going to be that. If you can get into safe mode, tell it not to reboot on a BSOD (system->advanced->startup and recovery--in Win2k at least).
If it's a corrupted HAL.sys, NTFS.sys, or something really key like that, probably RAM.
Page fault in non-paged area is likely RAM or mobo. Try some other RAM and see what happens.
Also try loosening the RAM timings and see if that does anything.

I'd start with that and the PSU. Try one stick only, then the other, a different PSU...

so far i have tired one 512 then the other and still get the same error on blue screen
i then swapped memory out for a 512 of pc2100 and still get same error

i booted up into bios and let it run for like 10 min
system temps

system temperature 28 C
cpu temperature 35 C
pwm temperature 33 C

motherboard has the additional 4 pin power connector........does this need to be plugged in for running an amd, i always thought it was for p4's only. it currently has been plugged in, was gonna try a different power supply but realized that the other power supply does not have this connecter

i've changed out the memory already and still get the same error......would it be the mobo even though i can get to safe mode.....i figured if it was the motherboard i wouldnt even be able to do that.

have it currently at 2200 200X11 had it at 200X10 for a bit to see if it would get past blue screen

ddr266 memory @ 200(400FSB) ..think you are abusing the generous feature set of the an35n

WTF!!!!!!!!!

i was just installin a bunch of shat off of windows update while in safe mode then rebooted and i didnt blue screen

i got an pop up window saying

The system has recovered from a serious error

i got it like 5 or 6 times and it wanted to know if i wanted to send error report and i hit dont send
