Blue screen trying to get raid 0 working on raptor 150

Ok Any idea why when I try and set up raid 0 everything works fine until I get to the part after Ioad the drivers off a floppy then goes to blue screen Bsod.
I have a dfi lp utra d
2x raptor 150(one raptor x one with out window) sure this makes no difference.
I have the raid enabled in bios and configured the array where it shows two hard drives as one.
Its my belief that I do not need jumpers for this on the harddrives?
What drivers am I sopose to load from the floppy(just the ones that say reccomend)?
ANy help as i have been trying to read everything to find the obvious.
Oh and this is my first raid set up.
thanks

Is that NV RAID?

When doing the F6 install you MUST install both drivers on the floppy, that is after the first one on the list, add another and scroll down and add the second one. Haven't done this in a while so I don't know the exact names.

the drivers I have to add
nvidia raid class driver (required)
nvidia nforce storage controller(required)
So I have done both of those and then it continues to load and when its about to enter the part where you hit F8 ect. It blue screens.
Do i need jumpers?
Man I am stumped.
