Blue Screen STOP 0x0000008E

Im getting random bluescreens in windows - they can happen on loading, on light use, on heavy use and on shutdown. (But, despite their frequency, I can find no way to cause one every time)

The only output on the bluescreen is the "Stop 0x0000008E", but this isnt that helpful in working out what is happening

The system is a Core 2 Duo E6300 on an ASUS P5N32SLI SE DELUX motherboard, with 2x1GB Corsair TwinX DDR2 800 (5-5-5-12) memory, and a 7950GX2 graphics card.

Anyone any ideas / met this before?

Read the motherboard manual carefully and see if it will allow the particular combination you are using. does this change if you use two of them? On some boards, you can run a given module as a single, but if you run two of them you have to change the RAM bus speed.
