Blue Screen of death

Hi. A friend of mine has a Dell Optiplex G150. He asked me to check it cuz while he's working on it, suddenly a blue screen appears with the message "KERNEL_INPAGE_DATA_ERROR". I decided to format it because as i read the problem could be caused by a virus. I did, and while i was working on it the same screen appeard.

I'm really thinking that maybe this could be a hardware problem. im up to test the harddisk in my computer so i assume that if the problem moves, thats what i think. If there's someone who have a different opinion please let me know

if memtest runs over windows i think there's a problem because the pc seems to work ok but some minutes later it displays the same blue screen again.
 
I tested the harddisk in my pc and the same error screen was displayed. Now im up to do the opposite operation wich is use my hard disk in the other pc. But im not sure if there could be another problem. maybe theres another problem that could've damaged the hard disk
