Blue Screen of Death v2.0

posted earlier about a blue screen of death, and i thought i had fixed the problem. Ran the computer for a week without a crash. However, i installed service pack 2, and i had 2 crashes in 2 hours. I ran prime95, and it said, 2 times, that i have a hardware failure. Is it a hardware failure, or should i consult another stress test first? I've run Sisoft Sandra a couple of times, with no apparent problems, but i don't think the two programs test the same thing. What's the first thing i should consider replacing?

My system:

Cheap 350 watt PSU (came with case)
K8NSNXP-939 Motherboard
1 Gig corsair dual channel ram (apparently there are known conflicts with this ram and this board)
AMD Athlon 64 3500+
ATI 9800 Pro
WD Raptor 37 Gig hard drive
Creative Sound Blaster Live sound card (I replaced my onboard sound with this, and everything worked well for a week. When i updated to SP2, bam, the errors were back.)

the error i recieved was Driver_Irql_Not_Less_Or_Equal

the stop code: 0x0000000A, 0x80A65FF0, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x905E0BC

Any input? (I've also got an MPS report and a minidump, if anyone is interested)

First off replace that cheap power supply with something much better and then begin to see if their are problems. You have like $500 of equipment hooked up to a $5 power supply. I would get a 400w or larger antec power supply or enermax.

k. i'll look into that. i really don't want to have to order one off newegg, but there's no computer stores where i live (besides a best buy, 45 minutes away). I'll look around for a higher quality one. Are there any other brands you would recommend besides antec or enermax?

i can download the utilities, but not the program? or do i just download all of the utilities and burn them onto a disk?

i just changed the ram from dimms 1 and 2 to dimms 3 and 4, and immediately had a blue screen of death. i'm leaving them in those slots for the next week to see if i can get any more.

For the UBCD just scroll down and download one of the ISO's. Most burning apps can burn that straight to a CD. I know it's larger but that is what I have done in the past.

I'll take it. And if you make the change described in http://www.windowsforumz.com/H...Off-ftopict184257.html, what happens? (Remember, last known good will get you back to where you were before you made this change if it screws anything up.)
