Blue Screen of Death Code

I recently purchased a Gainward Geforce 4 4600. The install on Windows XP went Flawlessly.

The Windows ME however could not have gone worse. I've reformatted that hard drive 4 times. What I've found is a blue screen of death every single time even when only the pure nvidia drivers are installed, I get the blue screen of death with this particular Code:

OD:014F:00004EB7

I can go to safe mode and remove the drivers and the problem is gone. Of course now I have no graphics drivers.

Anyone have any ideas?

Hopefully this will help you. Does this error happen with all the Nvidia drivers that support the GF4?

Thanks for the link man.

The only drivers I've tried are from the CD and nvidia's latest but they both produce the same error.

Drive me nuts because XP doesn't have a problem with it.
