I just finishing install WinXP to my other system.
It's Athlon Slot A 650mhz with Asus K7M 128 mb RAM.
With Netgear Ethernet Card, Matrox G400, and Aureal Sound Card.

It come out the Blue Screen 🙁
and show DRIVER_IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL.
Dumping Physical Memory.

Any Idea what's going on?
Please..please...

Thanks.

Many, many possibilities with that error code. Do a "google search" to see the results. Best bet is to try the same install with absolute minimal items attached to the system. Only CPU w/HSF, RAM, vid card, CD and HDD. Nothing else attached. If that doesn't work, then look to the PS as a possible source of the trouble.

Try going into your BIOS and hitting Fail-Safe Defaults. If that doesn't work look into the "infinite loop" bug.
