run memtest86 to see if it is a memory problem first, what power supply are you using?

power supply is from a local brand but it is of 400W.............so i think it should be ok..........but still i'll check memory modules first...........actually if there was some problem with memory modules then it should have come up , when i was installing windows??

I'd be happy to look at the dump to see what the problem is. Read my .sig's URL and send me the MPS Reports and the dump after you've updated all of your system's drivers and done all Windows updates.
