Blue screen, hardware failure ?

I'm having this problem with a brand-new setup. It usually happens after a few hours run time, sometimes when I walk by the computer...vibration? I reset all the cards and all connectors with no change. XP pro on a gigabyte 8PE667 ultra, antec 330 truepower, 512 samsung DDR. The blue screen pops up....says a hardware failure has occured, then reboots. The only card is a AIW Radeon 7500. I tried pulling all the connectors and bumping the thing....but I cannot make it happen.

The voltages from the PS are within specs......seems to me I read somewhere about similar problems with antec power supplies...any suggestions appreciated.
 
Hey are you sending it back to where you bought it or antec? I was kinda wondering if an antec PS went bad will antec give you a hook up, like a free refurbished one, or a really cheap refurbished one.
