Blue Screen Errors

Hi I just built a new PC and I am getting crazy errors

I just got a 0x00000024 error. I used to get a 0x0000008E error and i thought it was a problem with the RAM so i got a new set.

My specs are:

amd 64 3000+
dfi-nf4 dagp mobo
1 gig valueram kingston (dual channel)
80 gig SATA seagate hdd
Geforce 6600 GT Pci-E

Is the file that is failing the same.

Usually You can google the file name an d figure out what is causing it.
 
Googling the error code itself (0x00000024) is of more use, as this actually indicates the type of error being experienced. Throw that number in Google, and also search for it at http://support.microsoft.com and see if you turn up any results.

One thing that would be useful to know is when, exactly, does this BSOD occur? Is it something that happens fairly predictably, in a "when I do x, it causes y to happen" sort of way, or is it totally random and unpredictable?
