I am having a problem. Quite often while either surfing the internet or downloading a file my computer will pop a blue screen message saying the following:
A fatal exception OE has occurred at 0028:C004F45B in VXD VCACHE(01) + 00001667. The current application will be terminated.
I hit enter and my internet no longer works. I have to restart for it to work. I have cable internet and I have been noticing in the past little while that my download speeds went from 100/kb sec to 200-300/kb sec. This error occurres most when I am downloading large files, but does occur out of the blue while surfing. I've tryed formating and that still doesn't fix my problem. My system specs is:
Gigabyte GA-6BXC Motherboard
Intel Celeron 300A mhz
64 mb PC-100 RAM
ASUS v7700 32mb GeForce 2 GTS
If anyone knows what is causing this problem please tell me.
Thanks in advance
(I will getting a new 1.4 ghz T-Bird system in 1 week)
