BLUE SCREEN ERROR WHILE SHUTTING DOWN???

I keep getting this error when shutting down. This hard locks my PC and I have to restart using the restart button, and then shutdown. The Blue Screen error is below.

"STOP 0x00000044 (0x81878488, 0x00000CCA, 0x00000000, 0x00000000) Multiple _IRP_COMPLETE_REQUESTS)"

I have been getting this more and more recently. I have defragged my HD but no avail. This doesn't happen all the time, but most times when I have had my PC running for a while. The specs for my PC are below. Any suggestions or help in debugging this is appreciated. Thanks.

remove your ethernet card, sound card and your HCF modem. see if you get the error again. if you still do try removing the ZIP drive and the DVD drive. if you are still getting this error try another video card. seems like a driver is not unloading from memory. you may even want to try different ram first.
