Friend of mine have some problem with pc , and i though that maybe u can help , so firstly there was forgotten pasword of windows 7 account , so he coudn't login to his pc , then he tried out conecting thru safe mode ,in order to change psw with command promp , but when he tried it , blue screen showed , then he tried to reinstall windows , and managed it , but here was many errors , so he did it again , and know when he turns on computer here's choise between 3 "windows 7" os to turn pc on , and when u try to reinstall it one more time , or do something with it , blue screen showed himself again , any ideas how to get out of this situation ?
Some guy said to format entire hdd and then install windows , but how to do that? cuz he actually formated disk throw instaler, but there also was another capacy of 100mb called "system reserved" or smth like that in which there is manufacturer's software. so does he need to format that one as well, or how?
