I Tried And Tried To Install This Cooler To This Vid Card.....But The Chipset Is Just Too Close To The AGP Port.Does Anyone Have Any Suggestions Fo Another Cooler?

Use a file and file the GORB down til it fits. You might have to remove a fin or two, these changes shouldn't hurt your performance too much. Plus it's sometimes fun to do this type of thing, and GORBS look cool ;-)
