Blue of Deatrh screen in NT 4.0 Sp6, need help!!! All NT users help!!

Every time I play any mpg files or any straming files from internet using Windows Media player, I get the MS blue of death screen....

on Top, it says Kmode_exception_not_handled
What is this mean??

ON the bottom of the screen, it says Beginning dump of physical memory
What is this mean??

I have NT workstation 4.0 with service pack 6a (latest)
128 SDRAM
SBLive (not value)
 
Troubleshooting Windows 2000 - KMODE_EXCEPTION_NOT_HANDLED

This happens when a kernel-level process tried to execute an illegal or unknown CPU instruction.

This is usually caused by:

Hardware Compatibility problems
Buggy device drivers or system service

Look at the BSOD screen and see if you recognize the name of any driver (i.e., *.sys) listed; if you do, that's likely the problem.

 
Get the newest version of Windows Media Player (7 I belive) and Install Active X... that was out fix at work....
 
Also, after the message there are some HEX number addresses. Post all of them, as they help to resolving your issue. Also, I would install the latest version of WMP. You can only install DirectX 3. DirectX 7 and 8 do not support NT. I would re-install DirectX 3a from your SP6a CD. If not, search for DirectX 3a on the download section of Microsoft's site.
