Blue Moon Honey Moon Summer Ale

Thumbs Up. Fairly malty, somewhat sweet.

I may not have much of a palette for beer. I'd like to think I make up for it for my taste in Scotch. However, this particular brew is pretty damn good in my book.

I am not regretting my decision to get a 12 of this instead of a suitcase of Bud Light at the same price.

I like Blue Moon, it's kind of funny because the beer snobs sneer at it for being Coors, but the blue collar dudes that drink Bud and Miller think it's a snob beer.

Haven't tried Honey Moon yet, I'll have to. 🙂

They sneer at it cus it's a larger beer. Beer snobs will only drink micro's.

I like Bud Light and various malt liquors. I'm not winning any awards for my taste in beer, that's for sure. But this stuff tastes good.

I personally don't care who made it. If some of the Japanese "scotch" whiskies have taught me anything, it's not to judge a beverage based on its manufacturer.

I'm a beer snob and I'll drink Blue Moon. It's not as complex as the best micros, but it's far superior to the typical macro bullshit.

i have tried both and the original is good, but the sweet beer = :thumbsdown: save the sweet stuff for the wine coolers and cocktails.

I like Harvest Moon. Actually, I like most pumpkin ales, because they taste like pie. And pie is fantastic.

I'm a huge beer snob (I think most San Diegans are beer snobs by default 😛), but ya, I like Blue Moon. I've never tried the Honey Moon summer ale, but I'll check it out. Thanks for the heads up 🙂.

I dunno, I'd rather drink Shock Top over Blue Moon. Not a fan of Blue Moon at all.

However, I'd rather drink neither.

Sam Adams Summer Ale, however, is delicious.
