I bought two Blue LED's for my case from Here. I soldered them up and connected them to my Motherboards Power and HDD headers... No Go (yes I checked the polarity.) I also tried a 3.6 Volt one from Radio Shack. I read a thread on deja about some motherboards only putting out 2.0 volts on the motherboard headers (I don't have a multimeter). I suspect that I have one of those motherboards. It's a Tyan Tiger S1832DL.
The description at casetech says they are 2.0 volts but, i don't thnk they are. They light up when i plug them into the 5V side of the floppy connector and a 9 Volt Battery. How can i get these to work?? or where can I get some 2.0 volt blue LED's???
This isn't the one I bought at the shack but would it work???
