Not related to the job opening, but I got a very good HDMI cable for my TV from them for cheaps. Good alternative to Monoprice.

I've bought one cable from them in the past, still do Monoprice most the time myself.

$15/hour in Seattle? You can literally make more doing pizza delivery (~$18/hr). These guys need to offer at least $20/hr to start.

Well they give your basic benefits and I am guessing there is more potential for growth.

I suppose...but $15/hr in Seattle is really low, it's extremely expensive to live there, and just as expensive (time&money) to commute to. I still think $20/hr with benefits would be fair to both parties.

I dunno, Help Desk is the lowest there is when it comes to IT jobs. Min Wage with some benefits sounds about right.
