Blue Error Screen whe Booted? Asus P3V4X, Slotket, 566 Celeron?

i currently purchased Asus P3V4X MB and inorder to use my 566 Celeron,
I had to purchase a Slotket. I purchased a Iwill Slocket online with
all the positive reviews of overclocking. I set the slotket vcore 1.50
and every time i boot up to windows, i get a bluescreen.

FILE NAME: EMU 10K1(01) + 0012871 ERROR: 0E : 0028: C15888B

does anyone know what this means?
all i want to do is use my 566 celeron fc-pga in this MB.

Had the same problem with my Celeron 566 and AOpen m/b! Just upgrade your SB Live! soundcard with the latest drivers available from Creative. All you need are the newest drivers - not LiveWare.
 
is the latest driver for win98 sblw9xup.exe?
because everytime i run that file, i get c:\sblive\sblw9xup.exe is not a valid win32 application.
