Blue Cross Blue Shield - or other PPO/HMO Health Insurance providers? which is good?

Anyone else here use Blue Cross Blue Shield? If so, what do you think about them for most benefits like dental care, prescription drugs, etc...?

I have it. I have had no problems so far. Thier prescription plan is pretty good, my wife has MS, and her meds would normally cost $2500 a month. With the insurance we pay $200 every 3 months.
