Blubster = anonymous peer to peer file sharing?

Bah... the scoffers! If it's not anonymous, we could sue Blubster right? As for it being a "sting", the stings were done individually (one on one) and not through the net. If it is a sting, I would think someone with knowledge would leak it. Blubster's been around for quite a while and this particular version has been in development for a while now.

I'm curious as to the outcome of the people that are getting sued. I don't think they have a case since they can't prove who was using your PC or connection for the file swapping. Were PC's confiscated?

You know I was thinking would it even be possible to make it nearly untraceable? Would SSL do it, well I know you cant hide the ip but if you could encrypt the connection so people cant tell what your downloading the RIAA couldnt sue you because they would have no way to see what you were downloading. Similar to SSL FTP connections.
