Blu Ray/Netflix/Streaming, need help...

As the title states, that is what I am looking for. I am looking for a BluRay player that will allow me to use netflix and I will be able to stream media off my Windows 7 based pc to it from another room. Is there such a device? If so can you guys suggest one?

We have a Samsung player that serves this function and it works well enough (forget the model of it right now), interface is a tad slow but it works. I didn't realize it could stream media until just recently, but I have my comp setup weirdly so I was only able to test a couple things. Still it handled what I decided to test just fine.

Quite a few of the bluray players that can do Netflix can play streamed local content from a DLNA server, but that's less than ideal for local streaming nowadays.

I would suggest buying a good but cheap bluray player, and then getting a WDTV SMP for Netflix and local streaming. For local streaming, unless you are only talking about watching home movies or only watching your local content once in a blue moon, you'll be much better served by getting a device that's good at it instead of relying on a half-baked implementation that's part of a bluray player.

Read this thread for a quick intro to the WDTV SMP:

WDTV Live plus for everything but the bluray playback. It is small, uses little power, quiet, and will handle 99% of the content without need for media servers or 3rd party applications. In short, it just works.
