BLU Ray ISO problem

I have 2 2TB hard drives raided together. I started making blu ray iso images. I then unplugged it and moved my computer to another room. When plugging it back in I couldn't access the drive. I finally researched and found that I needed to upgrade my chipset to read such a large drive. Well in doing so it said I will lose all information if I did. I couldn't think of another solution so I did. Now I can see the files but cannot access them. They show a lock on each file and when I try to use something like MAGIC ISO it says UDF error: Cant find anchor volume descriptor. They also show 30gb+ per iso so the files are there. Is there any way to locate descriptor or am I hosed?
