Blown fuse?

So from this thread our resident soundman thought a blown fuse might be my problem.

Today I finally got around to taking it apart and finding the fuse. I took the best close-up picture I could: fuse.jpg

It doesn't look like anything is wrong with it, since it looks like a short cylinder of metal connecting the two ends. So it is blown or not?
 
Damn. Nothing looks wrong inside the subwoofer otherwise. Mostly a ton of capacitors inside. I took apart the "master" speaker as well but no fuse appeared to be on the board... so I guess its time for a new set.
