blowing cpu fan into heatsink question

right now i have this fan suckiing out of SK-7

i know i need to flip it to blow into the heatsink but the wires from fast touches the heatsink..

is this ok for the fan and heatsink where the wire touches it little bit?

i would think it would be ok, unless you have scorching hot temps...just stick some electrical tape over the wires, just to be safe
