I may have posted this same thread before, but it needs to be said again: If it's cold out or you're sick, get a goddamned tissue and blow your nose. I don't need to sit here listening to your nasty ass sniffling for the whole day or seeing the snot run down your face while I'm trying to do work.

My cubicle area at work was being renovated, so we were relocated to a different floor for a few months. Someone apparently had a cold, and blew his/her nose every 15 seconds or so. No joke. I've never seen/heard anything quite like it. I had to put on my headphones and crank them louder than usual just to keep from punching them.

So sometimes, OP, you get what you ask for and it's not what you asked for.

Might be hard to beleive, but blowing my nose does less to clear it than sniffling. Also sniffling is more quiet.

i will sniffle a few times before i get a tissue but there is no excuse for doing it all day long

So you'll either be sniffling or blowing your nose all the time.

If I can keep some distance I don't mind the blowing.
