Blow a whistle, get $63 million. The Sprint case.

In a lawsuit won by New York state against Sprint for not collecting enough taxes from phone plans bought by customers thereby allowing Sprint to offer lower costs for mobile service plans, this also happened:

State officials say a whistleblower in the case will receive nearly $63 million of the settlement.

God this is one of those things that makes me feel so small besides not having a hot woman or any woman. This guy or woman tipster will soon be able have all the hot significant others he or she wants.

Btw I wrote the first paragraph myself, no partial cut and pasting.

hmm btw I wonder if the lower cost Sprint plans over those 10 years somehow filtered over here to CA. I know my Sprint plans have generally been cheaper than some other carriers, no secret.

Sprint has been charging less because they're a last place cute rate carrier, and its been this way for years because its the only way they can get and keep customers since their coverage lags behind the other 3 (in most areas, some exceptions to be sure). They're desperate to get bought/merge. They got hit here because they weren't paying taxes properly in that region. The curious thing would be if the others were as well. Verizon and ATT clearly have the money (they should be investigated for bullshit "fees" and other crap they tack on; I believe there is an investigation into some companies as they were charging a fee for some alleged tax, that didn't exist or something and it was just them padding their profits and trying to pass it off as the government knowing that government taxes might be one of the few things people hate more than cellular carriers).

Also, damn, OP that's some of the most depressing shit I've ever heard, to view your self worth solely through how attractive the women you get to fuck are based on how much money you make.

All human beings are hideous blood bags, so it is just your perception that needs a change of what is hot and you can have all the "hot" significant others you would ever want.
