Not true. There were many people flagging Bernie to the SEC for years before he got shut down.

But unlike Bloomberg which can write up a whole expose based on a pissed off ex-employee with Koch, SEC need huge amount of actual evidence that can stand up in courts to prosecute people like Koch and Madoff with their army of lawyers.

All these expose and he says she says is useless. liberals can believe what they want to believe. But unless something is presented in court and stand up to examinations, nothing is proven and in the US we have this innocent until proven guilty thing, remember?

laws are only for little people. Rich and powerful do what they want and we are told to move on like the bankster frauds of the 2000's or straight up laundering drug cartel money which would land you or I in jail for 40 years. http://www.guardian.co.uk/world/2011/apr/03/us-bank-mexico-drug-gangs

Get used to it. More is coming with way money has infected politics and lack of morals in our country which just goes/reflects all the way to the top in and out of govt.

Another example of "working hard".

Is this what you swine fingermen have in mind when you keep vomitting up at our feet the argument FOR taking away social programs?

Lets see, keep the kids off the streets - no, it doesn't work, they are criminals and they need to occupy themselves with hard work. You then get wet anytime the word "Koch" is brought up in the forums over their hard work. Pretty selective over who and what "type" of person some of you shit head defend and admire when it comes to committing crimes.

Yes, the SEC needs evidence to prosecute someone, that is true. However having been notified of suspect practices shouldn't they have begun an investigation a little sooner than roughly 10 years after being notified?

If you called the police at 2AM and told them there are strange people looking into your neighbors house would it be reasonable to expect them to come right over to check it out or should they wait -- a decade?
