So when we first started the service.. both of us were on one insurance (2 cars, two differnt owners - the two drivers owned one car each).

So the next month they make it two diff policies.. now wonder my brother got a 186dollar refund yesterday from 21st cenutry.. because he paid for both.. i asked the lady when she split into two that if I can make one payment for both.

turns out the payment i have been making so far was for my brothers car only.. though both were showing up in the list.. meaning i had to change policies (drop down menu) and then make a payment again.

They are on teh same freaking username.. why cant they make it so you can pay all at once..

I dunno why you both can't be listed under the same policy, unless you are living at different locations, and soak up the multi-car discount?

i dont understand it too.. both cars, parked same addy, live in teh same place.. and yet we dont get teh multi car discount and other stuff.. 21st century is a pain that way.. otherwise is a very good company. the only reason they issued two policies.. the two cars are in teh drivers names.. so my brother owns the bmw and i own the ford.. but everything else is the same.
