Unless they've changed the deal it's not a money rebate, but a $20 gift card.

If you're planning on buying something else at EB it's not too bad.

The $20 gift card is valid for the PS2, Gamecube and Xbox versions.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I saw no rebate/bonus card anywhere.

is it any good? I got it because it was cheap I haven't played it yet. The reviews on GameFAQS.com give it 9 out of 10.....if that means anything.
I haven't opened it so I'll return repurchase it for this rebate.

Yup, $20 rebate (gift certificate) at counter of EBgames. 1-pager with lots of small coupons. I got one PS2 version at my local EB.

Yep the coupon sheet is at the desk. I had to ask to get mine (it was stashed under the counter). Ask for the "January Winter Sale" coupon flyer -- it's just one page and printed in blue & white.
