Lets see how healthy you all are?

It's not totally congruous with health. My BP is quite average but I have a very strong heart through substantial exercise. My resting heart rate is low 50's (had it down into the low 40's at one point last year) and an echocardiogram reads it as well developed with a high ejection fraction and all that stuff :) Basically, my heart can support my essential functions without really trying :)

117 over 67 with 63 heart rate using the automatic machine I have here. I don't entirely trust its accuracy, though. It took 3 measurements and averaged them, but I noticed them jumping around quite a bit. One of the systolic ones was 105, heh.

See my heart rate has always been high, i used to do athletics 3 days a week and gym twice, and my heart rate was still around 80-85bpm, just sitting down in class... used to worry me a little! I'm quite a big guy, 6'1 and about 220lbs, just took it now and its low 70's sitting infront of the computer.. Bit better but not as low as i'd hope!

90/60 is about right from last doctors visit, resting HR about 80, its pretty low, if I stand up quickly I lose vision completely in both eyes for several seconds. I don't really know about how good that is, on one side, heart disease has killed like every male in my extended family that is dead, but on the other I have very good endurance and can run 10+ miles without tiring, and when I do get tired its always my legs failing not my heart or lungs.

Low 90s/high 50s. Resting HR is low 50s, sleeping HR is around 30. :p

BrownTown - do you often have cold/numb fingers/toes, and find it difficult to keep them warm even in summer?

/me is a salt-o-holic...I lost almost 50 lbs, then quit smoking and quit commuting, expecting to see the BP drop naturally...it kept going up and up...tried to control it by changing my diet...no good...finally had to go to the doc for some chemical assistance...
