that's plain wordpress, from wordpress.org. wordpress.com is hosted by the wordpress guys, like blogger or typepad.

Eventhough you said no myspace...MySpace has over 12.5 billion hits/month. The grew over 700% in 2005. I think that's bigger than xanga.
