Blogger template editing, HELP please

I am using a heavily modified template from 2001. They have changes the templates on blogger and I don't like the new ones, but I want to use the comments feature.



here is the existing code, how do I add in comments?

I don't see anything relating to comments. Do you have the code of the old one ?
