Blocking program through local group policy. OMG I hate popups!

So i blocked a popup from a free program using a local group policy, and now whenever it blocks something, its just as annoying as the pop up!

Is there any way I can hide when the local group policy blocks something?
 
What OS are you using including the version, Win7 PRO or Enterprise?

So when the pop up happens, LGPO blocks it, and puts another popup saying it blocked the first one?

Find the .exe of the initial popup and block it from running.
