Nice that you got Antivir on there.. man.. that is the only popup I will ever need to block.

If Antivir get's an update will I need a new definition to block it?

Thanks for this awesome program. I'll mention any problems if I come across any.

@shortylickens and vj8usa
Any luck on figuring out a procedure for blocking splash screens in those games? Be sure to check for hidden splash / intro files tucked away inside compressed archives with strange file extensions.

@kalmah
Most likely it will work because it worked when they went from version 8 to 9. The only thing that changed was the default install path, so the quick find did not work (full scan worked fine). However, it will get pulled ASAP if they request it removed (like all of them).

I have a little problem with the program. I tried using it on fable and I get the error that it cannot find "mimic_files/gnag.wmv". Which seems to be because no such directory exists, gnag does not contain any mimic files.
(I checked the fable definition and found it is simply set to mimic the opening videos)

where can I find mimic files? and shouldn't they be included with the download from sourceforge?

I just checked on it. For some reason, I forgot include the mimic files with the final distribution. The sourceforge download for beta4 contains these mimic files, simply copy that directory over from the beta4 download into the same folder as GNag 1.0. I will try to correct this later. Thanks for the heads up.

thanks, I will do so.

A few issues:
1. I uninstalled fable, next time I ran gnag I got 3 seperate warning messages saying that target files were not found, run it in administrator mode.
2. When I tried to apply the fable patch without the mimic files I had to click through about 8 or 9 separate error messages.

Cutting down on the error messages would be great.

Oddly enough I got some errors due to a gnag.bik2 file, I have no idea where it came from. I deleted it and now it works.

I created definitions for batman arkham asylum. Where do I upload it?

EDIT: Reinstalled batman arkham asylum. Got errors when told it to block, made a copy of utlogo.bik, deleted utlogo.bik, renamed copy to utlogo.bik
This time I did not get errors, and the file utlogo.bik was replaced with the mimic file and I got a utlogo.gnag file
However, the profile calls for 4 files to be changed. Also Legal.bik, Legalus.bik, and baa_logo_run_v5_h264.bik
I tried the copy, delete, rename trick with one of those and it didn't change anything. I am not getting errors and it says blocked, but it only swaps out the first of the four files to be mimiced.

So 2 issues:
1. It gives errors unless I fiddle with it. (which differ, sometimes i doesn't have permission to handle the gnag.bik2 file it creates, other times its something else)
2. it only mimics file 1 of the 4 listed.
