blocking all inet traffic from 1 internal IP

I need to block all in/out internet traffic from my machine (.101) but keep the box accessible on the LAN
Linksys router
any help is appreciated

what model?

I have a wrt54gs so when I get home I'll be able to check and see if it has options. If it does not, I recommend that you plug the xbox into a PC, use windows ICS( i know) and use a bandwidth limiter application (versiontracker.com/windows)
